No. It tracks water only, and it always has. Users have been asking for other drinks for years (4 stars, v4.12.8).
Can I set my own goal in Plant Nanny for free?
No. A custom daily goal requires the subscription, a complaint reviewers repeat from v2.2.3 to v6.24.1. In Brim a custom goal is free.
Does Plant Nanny’s Apple Watch app log water?
No. It shows reminders and a complication only. Brim has no Apple Watch app at all, so neither app serves you here.
How much does Plant Nanny cost?
Up to $69.99 a year, the highest subscription price among the apps we compared (checked July 13, 2026). No lifetime unlock appears among the ten in-app purchases Apple displays.
Is Plant Nanny’s 4.7-star rating trustworthy?
Reviewers have reported that a free in-game item was offered only in exchange for a five-star review (1 star, v4.12.8). We have not verified whether that prompt still ships in the current build. Apple’s rating is cumulative and never resets, so old reviews keep counting.
